§161.801. May decisions under this part be appealed?

25 C.F.R. § 161.801

(a)

Appeals of BIA decisions issued under this part may be taken in accordance with procedures in part 2 of 25 CFR.

(b)

All appeals of decisions by the Grazing Committee and Resources Committee will be forwarded to the Navajo Nation's Office of Hearings and Appeals.
