§150.403. How does the Paperwork Reduction Act affect this part?
25 C.F.R. § 150.403

Response is required to obtain a benefit. A Federal agency may not conduct or sponsor, and you are not required to respond to, a collection of information unless the form or regulation containing the collection of information has a currently valid OMB Control Number.
