§15.504. Who may inspect records and records management practices?

You may inspect the probate file at the relevant agency before the file is transferred to OHA. Access to records in the probate file is governed by 25 U.S.C. 2216(e), the Privacy Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.

The Secretary and the Archivist of the United States may inspect records and records management practices and safeguards required under the Federal Records Act.
