Refer the case and send the probate file to OHA for adjudication in accordance with 43 CFR part 30; and

Forward a list of fractional interests that represent less than 5 percent of the entire undivided ownership of each parcel of land in the decedent's estate to the tribes with jurisdiction over those interests.
