§115.616. What information will be included in BIA's final decision?
25 C.F.R. § 115.616
BIA's final written decision to the parties involved in the proceeding will include:
BIA's decision to remove or retain the restriction on the IIM account;
A detailed justification for the supervision or encumbrance of the IIM account, where applicable;
The amount(s) to be paid, the name and address of a third party to whom payment will be made, and the time period for repayment established under 617(a) of this part, where applicable;
Any provision to allow for distributions to the account holder because of an undue financial hardship created by the encumbrance, if applicable; and
Any other information the hearing officer deems necessary.
