§11.909. Law enforcement records.
25 C.F.R. § 11.909
Law enforcement records and files concerning a minor shall be kept separate from the records and files of adults.
All law enforcement records and files shall be confidential and shall not be open to inspection to anyone but the minor, the minor's parents or guardian, the presenting officer, or others by order of the children's court.
