§11.422. Unauthorized use of credit cards.
25 C.F.R. § 11.422
A person commits a misdemeanor if he or she uses a credit card for the purpose of obtaining property or services with knowledge that:
The card is stolen or forged; or
The card has been revoked or cancelled; or
For any other reason his or her use of the card is unauthorized by the issuer.
Credit card means a writing or other evidence of an undertaking to pay for property or services delivered or rendered to or upon the order of a designated person or bearer.
