§11.409. Reckless burning or exploding.
25 C.F.R. § 11.409
A person commits a misdemeanor if he or she purposely starts a fire or causes an explosion, whether on his or her property or another's, and thereby recklessly:
Places another person in danger of death or bodily injury; or
Places a building or occupied structure of another in danger of damage or destruction.
