§11.205. Are there standards for the appearance of attorneys and lay counselors?

25 C.F.R. § 11.205

(a)
No defendant in a criminal proceeding shall be denied the right to counsel.
(b)
The chief magistrate shall prescribe in writing standards governing the admission and practice in the Court of Indian Offenses of professional attorneys and lay counselors.
