§1000.1440. What constitutes a “significant change” in the original scope of work?
25 C.F.R. § 1000.1440
A significant change in the original scope of work is:
A change that would result in a cost that exceeds the total of the Federal project funds available and the Tribe's/Consortium's contingency funds; or
A material departure from the original scope of work, including substantial departure from timelines negotiated in the construction project agreement.
