§1000.1110. How does a Tribe/Consortium submit a final offer?
25 C.F.R. § 1000.1110
A Tribe/Consortium must submit its written final offer for a compact or funding agreement, or amendment thereof:
If in electronic form (PDF), which is the preferred method, to [email protected] for any DOI program; or
If in paper form by United States Mail or express courier to the Director, Office of Self-Governance, at the headquarters address indicated in the official Department, OSG website.
The document should be separate from the compact, funding agreement or amendment and clearly identified as a “Final Offer.”
