§990.125. Eligible units.

24 C.F.R. § 990.125

A PHA is eligible to receive operating subsidy for public housing units under an ACC for:

(a)

Occupied dwelling units as defined in § 990.140;

(b)

A dwelling unit with an approved vacancy (as defined in § 990.145); and

(c)

A limited number of vacancies (as defined in § 990.150).
