§965.504. Period for which allowances are established.

PHA-furnished utilities. Allowances will normally be established on a quarterly basis; however, residents may be surcharged on a monthly basis. The allowances established may provide for seasonal variations.
Resident-purchased utilities. Monthly allowances shall be established. The allowances established may provide for seasonal variations.
