§905.324. Data reporting requirements.

24 C.F.R. § 905.324

The PHA shall provide, at minimum, the following data reports, at a time and in a form prescribed by HUD:

(a)

The Performance and Evaluation Report as described in § 905.300(b)(8) of this part;

(b)

Updates on the PHA's building and unit data as required by HUD;

(c)

Reports of obligation and expenditure; and

(d)

Any other information required for participation in the Capital Fund Program.
