§886.307. Physical condition standards; physical inspection requirements.

General. Housing assisted under this part must be maintained and inspected in accordance with the requirements in 24 CFR part 5, subpart G.

Independent group residence. In addition to the foregoing standards, the standards in 24 CFR 887.467 (a) through (g) apply to independent group residences.
