§882.101. Applicability.

The provisions of this part apply to the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation program.
This part states the policies and procedures to be used by a PHA in administering a Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation program. The purpose of this program is to upgrade substandard rental housing and to provide rental subsidies for low-income families.
Subpart H of this part only applies to the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program for Homeless Individuals.
