Each GSE shall provide to the Secretary all:
Material distributed to the GSE's Housing Advisory Council;
Press releases;
Investor reports;
Proxy statements;
Seller-servicer guides; and
Other information disclosed by the GSE to entities outside of the GSE, but only where the GSE determines that such information is relevant to the Secretary's regulatory responsibilities.
