§573.10. Fees for guaranteed loans.

No fees will be assessed by HUD for its guaranty of a loan under this part.
The lender may assess the Borrower loan origination fees or other charges provided that such fees and charges are those charged by the lender to its other customers for similar transactions, and are no higher than those charged by the lender for similar transactions.
