§35.810. Notices and pamphlet.

Notices. When evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, the Department shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with § 35.125. A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part.
Lead hazard information pamphlet. HUD shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with § 35.130.
