§35.615. Notices and pamphlet.

Notice. If evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, the sponsor shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with § 35.125. A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part.
Lead hazard information pamphlet. The sponsor shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with § 35.130.
