§35.310. Notices and pamphlet.

(a)

Notice. A notice of evaluation or hazard reduction shall be provided to the occupants in accordance with § 35.125.

(b)

Lead hazard information pamphlet. The owner shall provide the lead hazard information pamphlet in accordance with § 35.130.
