§3286.7. Consumer information. — Inbound Citations

(b) At the time of sale, the retailer must disclose to the purchaser, in a manner provided in § 3286.7, that the manufactured home must be installed in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including requirements for a third-party inspection of the installation. If the cost of inspection of the home's installation is not included in the sales price of the home, the sales contract must include a clear disclosure about whether the purchaser will be charged separately for the inspection of the home's installation and the amount of such charge.

(i) Provide the purchaser or lessee with a copy of the consumer disclosure statement required in § 3286.7(b); and
