§3280.301. Scope.
24 C.F.R. § 3280.301
This subpart covers the minimum requirements for materials, products, equipment, and workmanship needed to assure that the manufactured home will provide the following:
Structural strength and rigidity;
Protection against corrosion, decay, insects, rodents, and other similar destructive forces;
Protection against wind hazards;
Resistance to the elements; and
Durability and economy of maintenance.
