§245.105. Recognition of tenant organizations.
24 C.F.R. § 245.105
Owners of multifamily housing projects covered under § 245.10, and their agents, must:
Recognize legitimate tenant organizations; and (b) Give reasonable consideration to concerns raised by legitimate tenant organizations.
