§1006.215. Housing management services.
24 C.F.R. § 1006.215
NHHBG funds may be used for the provision of management services for affordable housing, including:
The preparation of work specifications;
Loan processing;
Inspections;
Tenant selection;
Management of tenant-based rental assistance;
The costs of operation and maintenance of units occupied by NHHBG eligible families; and
Management of affordable housing projects.
