All forms and instructions pertaining to procedures under FOIA may be obtained from the FOIA officer of the National Endowment for Democracy, 1101 15th St., NW; Suite 700, Washington, D.C. 20005-5000.
Grant guidelines may be obtained from the Program Office of NED to the address shown in paragraph (a) of this section.
General information may be obtained from the Public Affairs Office of NED at the address shown in paragraph (a) of this section.
