§513.405. Causes for suspension.
22 C.F.R. § 513.405
Suspension may be imposed in accordance with the provisions of §§ 513.400 through 513.413 upon adequate evidence:
To suspect the commission of an offense listed in § 513.305(a); or
That a cause for debarment under § 513.305 may exist.
Indictment shall constitute adequate evidence for purposes of suspension actions.
