§214.2. Definition of advisory committee.

The term <I>advisory committee</I> is defined in section 3(2) of the Act.
In general, this definition includes any committee, board, commission, council, conference, panel, task force, or other similar group, or any subcommittee or sub-group thereof, which is formed or utilized by the Agency for obtaining advice or recommendations, and which is not composed wholly of full-time Federal employees.
