§214.14. Charter revision.

Sponsoring A.I.D. Bureaus and Offices initiate revisions to advisory committee charters, as necessary, to reflect current information regarding scope, duties, etc.

Charter revision requires clearances by the advisory committee, the A.I.D. Advisory Committee Management Officer and the General Counsel; consultation with OMB; approval by the A.I.D. Administrator, and notification of the change to the Federal Register, Congressional committees, and the Library of Congress.
