§122.3. Registration fees. — Inbound Citations

(1) A person who is required to register must do so on an annual basis by submitting a completed Statement of Registration (form DS-2032) and the Tier 1 fee specified in § 122.3(a)(1) of this subchapter, regardless of how many favorable determinations the person received during the 12-month period ending 90 days prior to the expiration of their current registration. Registrants are not required to submit a separate statement of registration and pay an additional fee when provisions in § 129.3(d) are met.
