§120.68. Party to the export.
22 C.F.R. § 120.68
Party to the export— means:
The chief executive officer, president, vice-presidents, other senior officers and officials (e.g., comptroller, treasurer, general counsel), and any member of the board of directors of the applicant;
The freight forwarders or designated exporting agent of the applicant; and
Any consignee or end-user of any item to be exported.
