§1008.510. What actions will the Federal Government take against a recipient determined to have violated this part?
22 C.F.R. § 1008.510
If a recipient is determined to have violated this part, as described in § 1008.500 or § 1008.505, the Inter-American Foundation may take one or more of the following actions—
Suspension of payments under the award;
Suspension or termination of the award; and
Suspension or debarment of the recipient under 22 CFR part 1006, for a period not to exceed five years.
