(iii) The principal display panel shall bear the marks “OTC” and “hearing aid” with the same prominence required under § 801.61(c) of this chapter for the device's statement of identity. The device's common name on the principal display panel may satisfy all or part of this requirement to the extent the common name includes the marks.
