§556.370. Lubabegron.

(a)

Acceptable daily intake (ADI). The ADI for total residues of lubabegron is 3 micrograms per kilogram of body weight per day.

(b)

Tolerances. The tolerances for lubabegron (marker residue) are:

(1)

Cattle.

(i)

Liver (target tissue)— 10 ppb.

(ii)

Muscle— 3 ppb.

(iii)

Kidney— 20 ppb.
