§369.2. Definitions.

(a)

As used in this part, the term act means the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

(b)

The terms <I>drugs</I> and <I>devices</I> are defined in section 201(g) and (k) of the act.

(c)

Official compendia are defined in section 201(j) of the act.
