§1.1103. Who is subject to this subpart?

21 C.F.R. § 1.1103

(a)
Accreditation bodies. An accreditation body is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be recognized by FDA to LAAF-accredit laboratories to conduct food testing under this subpart.
(b)
Laboratories. A laboratory is subject to this subpart if it has been or is seeking to be LAAF-accredited by a recognized accreditation body to conduct food testing under this subpart.
(c)
Owners and consignees. An owner or consignee is subject to this subpart if it is required to use a LAAF-accredited laboratory to conduct food testing under this subpart.
