§686.985. What Department of Labor equal opportunity and nondiscrimination regulations apply to Job Corps?
20 C.F.R. § 686.985
Nondiscrimination requirements, procedures, complaint processing, and compliance reviews are governed by, as applicable, provisions of the following Department of Labor regulations:
Regulations implementing sec. 188 of WIOA for programs receiving Federal financial assistance under WIOA found at 29 CFR part 38;
Title 29 CFR part 33 for programs conducted by the Department of Labor; and
Title 41 CFR chapter 60 for entities that have a Federal government contract.
