§686.1060. How are center rankings established?
20 C.F.R. § 686.1060
The Secretary calculates annual rankings of center performance based on the performance management system described in § 686.1000 as part of the annual performance assessment described in § 686.1000(c).
The Secretary will issue annual guidance that communicates the methodology for calculating the performance rankings for the year.
