§684.800. What systems must an Indian and Native American program grantee have in place to administer an Indian and Native American program?
20 C.F.R. § 684.800
Each INA program grantee must have a written system describing the procedures the grantee uses for:
The hiring and management of personnel paid with program funds;
The acquisition and management of property purchased with program funds;
Financial management practices;
A participant grievance system which meets the requirements in sec. 181(c) of WIOA and § 683.600 of this chapter; and
A participant records system.
Participant records systems must include:
A written or computerized record containing all the information used to determine the person's eligibility to receive program services;
The participant's signature certifying that all the eligibility information he or she provided is true to the best of his/her knowledge; and
The information necessary to comply with all program reporting requirements.
