§682.302. Under what circumstances must rapid response services be delivered?
20 C.F.R. § 682.302
Rapid response must be delivered when one or more of the following circumstances occur:
Announcement or notification of a permanent closure, regardless of the number of workers affected;
Announcement or notification of a mass layoff as defined in § 682.305;
A mass job dislocation resulting from a natural or other disaster; or
The filing of a Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) petition.
