§681.320. Must youth participants enroll to participate in the youth program?

20 C.F.R. § 681.320

(a)

Yes, to participate in youth programs, participants must enroll in the WIOA youth program.

(b)

In order to be a participant in the WIOA youth program, all of the following must occur:

(1)

An eligibility determination;

(2)

The provision of an objective assessment;

(3)

Development of an individual service strategy; and

(4)

Participation in any of the 14 WIOA youth program elements.
