§680.150. What career services must be provided to adults and dislocated workers?

At a minimum, all of the basic career services described in WIOA secs. 134(c)(2)(A)(i)-(xi) and § 678.430(a) of this chapter must be provided in each local area through the one-stop delivery system.
Individualized career services described in WIOA sec. 134(c)(2)(A)(xii) and § 678.430(b) of this chapter must be made available, if determined appropriate in order for an individual to obtain or retain employment.
Follow-up services, as described in WIOA sec. 134(c)(2)(A)(xiii) and § 678.430(c) of this chapter, must be made available, as determined appropriate by the Local WDB, for a minimum of 12 months following the first day of employment, to participants who are placed in unsubsidized employment.
