§656.20. Audit procedures. — Inbound Citations

(2) Employers will be notified if their applications have been selected for audit by the issuance of an audit letter under § 656.20.

(iv) A pattern or practice of failure to comply in the audit process pursuant to § 656.20;

(a) Where the Certifying Officer determines it appropriate, post-filing supervised recruitment may be required of the employer for the pending application or future applications pursuant to § 656.20(b).
