§618.730. Good cause.
20 C.F.R. § 618.730
States must waive the time limitations with respect to an application for TRA, enrollment in training, or receipt of a training waiver in this subpart if the AAW shows good cause.
Good cause exists if the AAW acted diligently yet was unable to complete in a timely manner the relevant task at issue described in paragraph (a) of this section because of exigent circumstances.
The State must determine good cause on a worker-by-worker basis.
