§618.440. Applying for a relocation allowance.

Forms. To receive a relocation allowance, an AAW must apply to the State using the State's process.

Submittal. An AAW must apply for a relocation allowance and the State must approve the worker for a relocation allowance before the relocation begins. The State must make a timely determination on a relocation application submitted to allow the worker to promptly begin the relocation.
