§609.8. The applicable State for an individual. — Inbound Citations

(2) Applicable State law means the State law made applicable to a UCFE claimant by § 609.8.

(a) The State agency whose State law applies to an individual under § 609.8 shall, promptly upon the filing of a first claim for UCFE, determine whether the individual is eligible and whether a disqualification applies, and, if the individual is found to be eligible, the individual's benefit year and the weekly and maximum amounts of UCFE payable to the individual.
