§404.1322. Post-World War II service included.
20 C.F.R. § 404.1322
Your service was in the active service of the United States during the post-World War II period if you were in the—
Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or any part of them;
Commissioned corps of the United States Public Health Service and were on active service during that period;
Commissioned corps of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey and were on active service during that period; or
Philippine Scouts and performed active service during the post-World War II period under the direct supervision of recognized military authority.
