§222.22. Relationship as divorced spouse. — Inbound Citations

To be eligible for a divorced spouse annuity, the employee annuitant must be at least age 62 and the divorced spouse (see § 222.22 of this chapter) must:

(a) The claimant applied for an annuity on the basis of age or disability, and the conditions set forth in § 222.22 are met.
