§700.9. Property standards.

(a)

Real property. Unless the agreement provides otherwise, title to real property will vest in accordance with 2 CFR 200.311.

(b)

Equipment. Unless the agreement provides otherwise, title to equipment will vest in accordance with 2 CFR 200.313.
