§182.510. What actions will the Federal Government take against a recipient determined to have violated this part?
2 C.F.R. § 182.510
If a recipient is determined to have violated this part, as described in § 182.500 or § 182.505, the Federal agency may take one or more of the following actions:
Suspension of payments under the award;
Suspension or termination of the award; and
Suspension or debarment of the recipient under the Federal agency's regulation implementing the OMB guidance on nonprocurement debarment and suspension (2 CFR part 180) for a period not to exceed five years.
